Pickalbatros in hurghada provided a wonderful stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, and I was impressed with the upgraded amenities, especially the Citadel. the food selection was delicious, with high-quality, fresh options. the beach manager and life guard were exceptional, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. the facility was luxurious and the variety of restaurants and activities made the stay truly enjoyable.

The resort offered amazing views, with the sea visible from almost all rooms. We had a delicious experience at the à la carte restaurants and enjoyed the variety of activities available. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Citadel Albatros was fantastic! The hotel layout was impressive, and the staff, especially Mr Mahmoud, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The variety and quality of food in the restaurants were excellent, particularly the Italian and Mexican options. The pools were clean and inviting, and the nightly shows were professional and entertaining. The bus service to navigate the large property was a great convenience. We will definitely be returning to this luxurious hotel for our next Egypt vacation.

The evening entertainment was limited and not very interesting, mostly consisting of karaoke sessions featuring old hits. The main pool, advertised as an "infinity" pool, didn't quite live up to its name.

the hotel is very clean, and the sea views from the rooms are breathtaking. the animation team place is close by, and the staff are exceptional - especially manager mostafa who went above and beyond to make us happy.
